Terms of service
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Tarati Design Ltd. By placing an order through Tarati Design Ltd, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.taratidesignltd.com Site Terms, you may not use Tarati Design Ltd.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All product prices on Tarati Design Ltd are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa). We use Shopify Payments as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.
AVAILABILITY
All items on the Tarati Design website are subject to availability. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a market store that shares some of the stock with online. There may be the rare occasion that an item is sold in store at the same time an order for the item online is being processed. In this case the online item will be unavailable and we will inform you as soon as possible with alternative product options, credit or a refund.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock please contact via email and we will endeavour to get the product back in stock.
ONLINE PROCESS
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below. Please note Tarati Design Ltd has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
SHIPPING
We will endeavour to send out your order the same day within NZ if your order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. For international orders please allow 4-10 business days. This does not include any delays during customs for international orders. Please note that Tarati Design Ltd has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

Auckland only: $5.50
North Island : $12.50
South Island: $16.50
International orders will only be sent via Courier as this is the only secure method to send overseas. Please contact us for an exact cost on international courier costs.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, due to selling wood pieces there may be a variation of colour as each piece has it’s own unique colour swab. If you are wanting to see the piece that will be sent to you this can be arranged. We reserve the right to decline orders if the description of the goods or price contain any errors. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the details on this website.

Tarati Design Ltd collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances. We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by Shopify Payments with full PCI compliance.
