We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (new and unused,) for an exchange, credit or refund. This excludes any special orders; i.e. commission works or pieces that have been engraved. Please send your returns back within 10 days after receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request online within 48 hours of receiving your item to arrange the exchange. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted, a Tarati Design credit may be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.

All items need to be returned to us within 10 days from date of your parcel delivery and costs are at the expense of the customer. We recommend any returns be made by courier an tracked and traced.
Once the item has been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. If there are signs that the item has been worn, damaged we reserve the right to refuse the return. If for some reason there is a genuine fault with the product we will "No questions asked" replace it at no charge.
